- Create and manage your account and simulation experience.
- Process simulated portfolio activity and generate records and analytics.
- Generate AI responses to your prompts and route those prompts to our AI/LLM infrastructure providers (see Section 6).

- Record user acknowledgments and operational evidence needed to substantiate disclosures, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
- Deliver notifications you have opted into (via email or messaging).
- Display information you choose to make publicly visible.
- Monitor platform performance, detect abuse, and maintain security.

- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.
4. Public Information
Investi allows you to make parts of your profile or dashboard publicly visible. If you enable this feature, information may be accessible to anyone with the link and may appear in public areas of the platform.
- Your username and other profile identifiers you provide.
- Simulated portfolio records and related metrics displayed on your public page.
- Account summary and market context information shown publicly.
You can disable public visibility at any time in your Settings > Privacy page. When disabled, your dashboard is only visible to you. AI prompt content is never publicly displayed unless you explicitly choose to share it.
5. Cookies and Tracking
We and our providers may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to operate and improve the platform. These technologies may include:
- Essential technologies — Required for login, security, and core product functionality.
- Preference technologies — Used to remember settings such as interface display choices.
- Analytics and performance technologies — Help us understand usage patterns and improve stability and speed.
We do not use your personal information for third-party behavioral advertising without notice and a legal basis where required.
6. Third-Party Services and AI / LLM Vendors
We rely on third-party providers to operate the platform. These providers may process data on our behalf based on their role. Provider relationships and the specific vendors used may change over time; an updated list is available on request.
- Infrastructure providers — Hosting, networking, and storage services.
- Authentication and database providers — Account login, security, and application data management.
- Analytics and performance providers — Product usage and reliability measurement.
- Communication providers — Delivery of optional notifications and service messages (for example, email or messaging platforms).
- Embedded content providers — Assets such as fonts and media used to render the application.
AI / LLM Infrastructure Providers
To power our AI features, we send prompts and limited related context to third-party AI infrastructure providers, which may include large language model providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, other foundation-model vendors, and specialized financial-data or quant providers. These vendors process your prompts and return AI outputs to us.
- Processor relationship. We engage these AI vendors as data processors acting on our behalf under written agreements that, where offered by the vendor, restrict their use of your data to providing the service to us.
- No vendor model training by default. We configure our AI vendor accounts, where the vendor offers such controls, to opt out of having your prompts and AI outputs used to train, fine-tune, or improve the vendor's general-purpose models. Vendors may still retain content for limited periods for abuse monitoring and legal compliance under their own policies.
- Cross-border processing. AI providers may process your prompts on infrastructure located outside your country, including in the United States.
- Vendor terms apply. Each AI vendor's handling of data is also governed by that vendor's own terms and privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.
We do not sell your personal information, your prompts, or your simulated trading data.
7. AI Risk Disclosure — What Not to Share with the AI
Do not enter sensitive personal information into any AI chat, prompt field, or message on Investi.
AI models can sometimes reproduce, infer, or unintentionally surface fragments of input data through follow-up responses or inference attacks. To minimize risk, you should not include any of the following in your AI prompts:
- Government identifiers (Social Security number, taxpayer ID, passport number, driver's license number).
- Full date of birth, mother's maiden name, or other knowledge-based authentication answers.
- Bank account numbers, brokerage account numbers, full credit or debit card numbers, or wire instructions.
- Login credentials, API keys, private keys, seed phrases, or two-factor codes.
- Protected health information or other sensitive personal data.
- Confidential information of third parties, employers, or clients.
Investi has no need for any of the above information to operate the simulation, and we do not ask for it. By submitting a prompt, you confirm you are not submitting such information knowingly. If you accidentally submit sensitive information, contact us at support@tryinvesti.co so we can purge the affected records to the extent feasible.
8. Data Security and Regulation S-P
Investi maintains a written information security program with reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of your information. While Investi is not a broker-dealer or registered investment adviser, we voluntarily align our handling of personally identifiable information with the safeguards principles reflected in the SEC's Regulation S-P, including:
- Encryption of data in transit using TLS/SSL.
- Encryption at rest for sensitive datastores where commercially reasonable.
- Secure authentication via one-time passcodes (OTP) — we never store user passwords.
- Role-based access controls, principle of least privilege, and audit logging of access to user data.
- Vendor due diligence and contractual safeguards for any third-party processor that handles user data.
- An incident-response process designed to investigate suspected security incidents and notify affected users where required by law.
- Infrastructure hosted with providers that maintain industry-standard security controls.
No security system is perfect, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data. Promptly notify us at support@tryinvesti.co if you believe your account has been compromised.
9. Data Retention, Minimization, and AI Training Opt-Out
We retain your information only for as long as needed to provide the platform, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We apply data-minimization principles to AI inputs and outputs.
- Account and profile data: Retained while your account is active, plus a limited archival period after deletion.
- Simulated trading data: Retained while your account is active to maintain your portfolio history.
- AI prompts and conversation history: Retained for a limited period to provide conversation continuity, debug issues, and substantiate platform performance claims. You can delete your AI conversation history at any time from within the product, or by contacting us.
- Security and operational logs: Retained as needed for security monitoring and incident response.
- User acknowledgments and operational records: Retained as needed to resolve disputes, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our agreements.
AI Training and Refinement Opt-Out
We may use de-identified or aggregated data to evaluate and improve the quality of our own AI features and trading-simulation models. You may opt out of having your prompts, AI outputs, or simulated trading data used to refine our internal models at any time by adjusting the relevant setting in your account or by emailing support@tryinvesti.co. Opting out will not affect data we are required to retain to operate the service, ensure security, or comply with law. As described in Section 6, our third-party AI vendors are configured not to use your data for training their general-purpose models where such controls are available.
10. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, including your AI conversation history.
- Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your account, personal information, and AI conversation history, subject to legal and safety exceptions.
- Portability: Request a copy of your data in a portable format.
- Objection / Restriction: Object to or request limitation of certain processing activities, including the use of your data to refine our AI models.
- Withdraw consent: Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@tryinvesti.co. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

12. International Users
Investi is operated from the United States. If you access the platform from outside the United States, your information — including AI prompts — may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. Data protection laws in those jurisdictions may differ from those in your jurisdiction. By using Investi, you consent to this transfer.
13. California Privacy Notice
California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including:
- The right to know what personal information is collected, used, and disclosed.
- The right to request deletion of personal information.
