Terms of Use

Investi is a paper trading simulation platform. All portfolios, trades, balances, and returns on this platform are entirely simulated. No real money is involved at any point. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security.

Investi has no connection to any brokerage, exchange, clearing firm, or real financial market. This is not a policy — it is how the platform is built. No action taken on Investi, including any AI output or simulated trade, can result in a real-world securities transaction.

By accessing or using the platform, you acknowledge that you understand the platform is a mathematical simulation and that any numbers, balances, profits, losses, or "positions" displayed are hypothetical figures with no real-world economic value.

Nothing on Investi — including model outputs, AI-generated messages, "signals," analyses, simulated trades, portfolio analytics, charts, alerts, or any other content (collectively, "Platform Output") — constitutes financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice, nor an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or transact in any security or other instrument.

• Investi is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, futures commission merchant, commodity trading advisor, or financial planner under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, or any comparable federal, state, or non-U.S. law.
• Platform Output is generated by automated systems based on parameters and investment theses you choose to provide. It is not tailored to your overall financial circumstances, net worth, tax position, risk tolerance, or investment objectives beyond the thesis parameters you explicitly input, and you should not treat it as such.
• We do not endorse, recommend, or solicit the purchase or sale of any specific security, asset, or strategy.
• You are not entering into an advisory, fiduciary, brokerage, or agency relationship with Investi by using the platform.
• You should consult a qualified, licensed financial professional before making any real-world investment decision.

Simulated and hypothetical performance results have inherent limitations. Simulated results do not represent actual trading and may under- or over-compensate for the impact of certain market factors, including but not limited to liquidity, slippage, order routing, latency, financing costs, taxes, fees, commissions, borrowing availability, and the emotional or behavioral factors that affect actual trading.

Because simulated trades are not actually executed, results may also have under- or over-compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors such as the user's ability to withstand losses or to adhere to a particular trading program in spite of trading losses. Hypothetical trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown.

Any backtest, replay, leaderboard rank, hypothetical equity curve, win rate, or other metric displayed on the platform is illustrative only, is not audited, and is not indicative of and does not guarantee future results in real markets.

Investi uses artificial intelligence, including large language models and automated decision systems, to generate analyses, summaries, conversational responses, and simulated actions. You acknowledge and agree that:

All AI-generated outputs on Investi are derived directly from investment theses and parameters provided by the user. The AI does not independently originate investment theses. Users can request an explanation of any simulated recommendation at any time.

Investi uses third-party AI technology to power its simulation engine. Investi is responsible for all outputs delivered through its platform, regardless of the underlying technology provider.

• AI features can be wrong, incomplete, biased, hallucinated, delayed, duplicated, or inconsistent with your expectations, and may produce different outputs for substantially similar inputs.
• AI features may rely on market data, news, or other inputs from third-party sources that can be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data.
• AI "signals," chat responses, suggestions, ratings, scores, and similar outputs are for educational and illustrative purposes only and do not constitute a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to enter into any transaction.
• We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or reliability of AI features, which may experience errors, downtime, regressions, or unexpected behavior.
• Past simulated performance — whether of an AI strategy, a user, or the platform overall — does not predict or guarantee future results.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, understanding, and evaluating any Platform Output before relying on it in any context, simulated or real.
• The AI will not independently select securities or construct simulated portfolios without a user-provided investment thesis. If no thesis is provided, the AI will prompt you to supply one before proceeding.

Certain simulation modes (including, without limitation, any feature marketed as “yolo,” “degen,” “leveraged,” “options,” “0-DTE,” or any similar high-volatility configuration) model trading strategies that, in the real world, are extremely high-risk and are likely to result in the partial or total loss of capital, often very quickly.

Engaging these modes within the simulation does not in any way imply that we recommend, endorse, or believe such strategies are suitable for you in real markets. The displayed virtual results from these modes are not realistic indicators of what would occur with real money and may significantly understate real-world execution frictions, margin calls, assignment risk, gap risk, and behavioral stress. You expressly assume all risk of relying on such simulations and agree not to attempt to replicate any such strategy with real funds without the advice of a licensed professional.

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use Investi.
• You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete registration information, including a valid email address, and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials and are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• You may only create and maintain one account per person.
• Investi may be in a closed beta or seat-limited availability. We reserve the right to limit, decline, modify, or revoke access at our discretion.
• You agree to promptly notify us of any actual or suspected unauthorized access to or use of your account.

You agree that you will not, and will not permit any third party to:

• Misrepresent simulated performance as audited, verified, or real-world investment performance, including in social media, marketing materials, fundraising materials, or to any third party.
• Use Platform Output to provide investment advice, manage assets, or solicit clients in any unregistered capacity.
• Impersonate another person, organization, or brand, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Attempt to manipulate the simulation, exploit bugs, or circumvent platform controls, leaderboards, or rate limits.
• Scrape, crawl, harvest, mirror, or use any automated means (including bots, spiders, or scripts) to access, copy, or extract any data, content, prompts, model outputs, or other materials from the platform, except via interfaces we expressly authorize for such use.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code, model weights, or training data of, or otherwise try to discover the underlying logic of any AI, model, prompt, algorithm, or component of the platform.
• Use the platform, its AI features, or any Platform Output to train, fine-tune, evaluate, benchmark, or improve any other machine-learning or AI model, or to build a competitive product or service.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights, including sanctions, anti-money-laundering, or securities laws.
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure, security, integrity, or other users' experience, including by transmitting malware or conducting denial-of-service activity.
• Use the platform to generate or disseminate content that is abusive, deceptive, harassing, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise harmful.

Investi allows you to make portions of your profile or simulated dashboard publicly visible. If you enable this feature:

• Certain profile and simulation information may be visible to anyone, including in public areas of the platform.
• Public content may be indexed by search engines and viewed, shared, or referenced by others.
• You are responsible for any content or data you choose to make public and confirm it does not violate any law or third-party right.

You can disable public visibility at any time in your Settings. You retain ownership of your content, but grant Investi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your public content as needed to operate, improve, and promote the platform. Publicly displayed content remains simulated and impersonal, and does not constitute investment advice from you, the publishing user, or Investi. Users must not present or share publicly visible simulated results in any context — including social media, pitch materials, or fundraising — in a way that implies they represent real investment returns.

Investi may communicate with you through third-party messaging providers to deliver notifications and simulated trade alerts. When you connect a messaging channel:

• Notifications are delivered through third-party infrastructure, which is subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policy.
• We are not responsible for third-party availability, security, or handling of your data.
• You can stop receiving messages at any time via the platform settings or applicable opt-out mechanism.

Certain features of Investi depend on third-party services, including AI/LLM providers, market data providers, hosting infrastructure, authentication providers, and communication platforms. We are not responsible for third-party service availability, accuracy, policy changes, security, or actions.

Market data displayed within the platform may be delayed, incomplete, or sourced from third parties. Investi makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of market data, and such data is provided for illustrative simulation purposes only.

Investi and its software, branding, design, prompts, model configurations, datasets, trade-simulation logic, content, and service materials are owned by Investi or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, license, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our prior written consent. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Statements made by Investi in marketing materials, the website, social media, or in-product copy regarding platform performance, simulated returns, or AI capabilities are not promises or guarantees. We do not represent that any user will achieve any particular result, and we do not use terms like "guaranteed profits," "risk-free," "alpha-generating," or specific win-rate guarantees as assurances of future performance.

Where we publish simulated performance figures generated by the platform or its AI, we maintain contemporaneous records intended to substantiate those figures, including the underlying simulated orders and the configurations used. Marketing materials are incorporated by reference into these Terms only to the extent they contain disclosures, and any aspirational or forward-looking statements in marketing materials are not contractual commitments.

Certain features may require a paid subscription now or in the future. If paid services are offered:

• Pricing, features, billing cadence, renewal terms, and refund policies will be communicated before any charges apply.
• You will not be charged without your explicit consent.
• Paid services remain subject to all disclaimers in these Terms, including that Investi does not provide financial advice.
• Payment for the service grants access to the platform and its simulation features. It does not constitute payment for financial advice, investment management, brokerage, or advisory services, and no fiduciary relationship is created by your subscription.

The platform, including all AI features and simulated trading functionality, is provided "as is" and "as available," with all faults and without warranties of any kind, express, implied, or statutory, to the maximum extent permitted by law. This includes, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, title, and quiet enjoyment.

We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant that simulated trading results, AI outputs, or any Platform Output will be accurate, reliable, profitable, suitable, or reflective of real-world market conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Investi and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits (including hypothetical, simulated, lost, or potential profits or gains that you believe you might have earned in real markets), loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of use, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
• Any decisions made or actions taken — in the simulation or in real markets — based on Platform Output, AI-generated content, simulated trades, signals, scores, or any other information provided by the platform.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data, prompts, or account.
• Any third-party conduct, content, AI provider, market data provider, or service accessed through the platform.

In no event shall Investi's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform exceed the greater of (a) the total amount of subscription or other fees you actually paid to Investi for the platform during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). The foregoing limitations apply regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, statute, or otherwise) and even if Investi has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You expressly acknowledge and agree that, because the platform is a simulation, you have no claim against Investi for any “profits” you believe you would have earned in real markets, for opportunity cost, or for any difference between simulated and real-world outcomes. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in such cases, the foregoing limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Investi and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of the platform; (b) your content or prompts; (c) your violation of these Terms; (d) your violation of any law or any third-party right; or (e) any real-world investment decision you or any third party make in reliance on Platform Output.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to security concerns, abuse, policy violations, regulatory considerations, or legal requirements. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 2, 3, 4, 12, 15, 16, 17, 19, and 20) will survive.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Please read this section carefully. It requires you and Investi to resolve disputes through binding individual arbitration and waives your right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions.

Agreement to arbitrate. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the platform, or your use of the platform — whether based in contract, tort, statute, fraud, misrepresentation, or any other legal theory — shall be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration, and not in court, except that either party may bring an individual action in small-claims court or seek injunctive or other equitable relief in court for infringement or misappropriation of intellectual property.

Arbitration administrator and rules. The arbitration will be administered by JAMS in accordance with its then-current Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures (or Comprehensive Rules where applicable). The arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Wilmington, Delaware, United States, although hearings may be conducted by videoconference where permitted.

Class-action and representative-action waiver. You and Investi each agree that disputes will be resolved only on an individual basis and not in any class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one party's claims and may not preside over any form of representative or class proceeding. If this waiver is found to be unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim (and only that claim) shall be severed and brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Delaware.

Jury trial waiver. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you and Investi each knowingly and irrevocably waive any right to a trial by jury in any action, proceeding, or counterclaim arising out of or related to these Terms or the platform.

30-day opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to support@tryinvesti.co within thirty (30) days after first accepting these Terms, including your name, account email, and an unambiguous statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration. Opting out will not affect any other portion of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to Section 19 (Binding Arbitration), any judicial proceeding permitted under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, legal requirements, or business operations. We will post the updated Terms with a revised "Last updated" date and provide additional notice when required by applicable law. Your continued use of Investi after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

• Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Investi regarding the platform and supersede any prior agreements.
• Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
• No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
• Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
• Force majeure. We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
