Terms of Use

Investi ("Investi," "we," "our," or "us") provides an AI-powered paper trading platform for educational and simulation purposes only. No real money, real securities, or actual brokerage services are provided through the platform.

Paper trading results are simulated and do not guarantee future performance in live markets. Simulated trading does not involve the risks of actual financial markets, including but not limited to liquidity risk, slippage, and real market impact.

Nothing on Investi — including model outputs, simulated trades, portfolio analytics, or any other content — constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

• Investi is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner.
• We do not recommend, endorse, or solicit the purchase or sale of any securities.
• You should consult a qualified financial professional before making any investment decisions with real money.

• No real money is deposited, invested, or held by Investi through the platform.
• No real securities are purchased or sold through simulated trading features.
• All balances, profit/loss figures, portfolio values, and trade receipts are simulation records only and have no cash value.
• Simulated balances are not redeemable, exchangeable, or transferable for real money or any other form of value.

Investi may use automated systems, including artificial intelligence, to generate analyses and execute simulated actions within the paper trading environment. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Automated features operate based on system logic, your account settings, and available data. Outputs or actions may not align with your expectations.
• Automated outputs and simulated actions are for simulation and educational purposes only and should not be relied upon for real-world investment decisions.
• Automated features may rely on market data from third-party sources that can be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party data.
• Past simulated performance of the AI does not predict or guarantee future results, whether simulated or real.
• We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or reliability of automated features, which may experience errors, downtime, or unexpected behavior.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, understanding, and evaluating any platform output before applying similar strategies in real markets.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Investi.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information, including a valid email address.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and must not share your login credentials.
• You may only create and maintain one account per person.
• Investi is currently in a closed beta with limited seats. We reserve the right to limit access at our discretion.

You agree that you will not:

• Misrepresent simulated performance as live, audited, or real-world investment performance.
• Impersonate another person, organization, or brand.
• Attempt to manipulate the simulation, exploit bugs, or circumvent platform controls.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws and regulations.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform.
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure, security, or other users' experience.
• Use the platform to generate content that is abusive, deceptive, harassing, or otherwise harmful.

Investi allows you to make portions of your profile or simulated dashboard publicly visible. If you enable this feature:

• Certain profile and simulation information may be visible to anyone, including in public areas of the platform.
• Public content may be indexed by search engines and viewed, shared, or referenced by others.
• You are responsible for any content or data you choose to make public.

You can disable public visibility at any time in your Settings. You retain ownership of your content, but grant Investi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your public content as needed to operate the platform.

Investi offers an optional Telegram integration to deliver notifications. If you connect your Telegram account:

• Notifications are delivered through Telegram's infrastructure, which is subject to Telegram's own terms and privacy policy.
• We are not responsible for Telegram's availability, security, or handling of your data.
• You can disconnect your Telegram account at any time.

Certain features of Investi depend on third-party services, including market data providers, hosting infrastructure, and communication platforms. We are not responsible for third-party service availability, accuracy, policy changes, or actions.

Market data displayed within the platform may be delayed, incomplete, or sourced from third parties. Investi makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy or timeliness of market data.

Investi and its software, branding, design, and service materials are owned by Investi and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without prior written consent.

Certain features may require a paid subscription now or in the future. If paid services are offered:

• Pricing, features, and payment terms will be communicated before any charges apply.
• You will not be charged without your explicit consent.
• Paid services remain subject to all disclaimers in these Terms, including that Investi is a simulation platform and does not provide financial advice.
• Payment for the service grants access to the platform and its simulation features. It does not constitute payment for financial advice, investment management, or brokerage services.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. This includes, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.

We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant that simulated trading results will be accurate, reliable, or reflective of real-world market conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Investi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any decisions made or actions taken based on information, simulated trades, platform-generated content, or other output provided by the platform.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or account.
• Any third-party conduct, content, or services accessed through the platform.
• Any real-world financial losses resulting from strategies learned, observed, or inspired by use of the platform.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Investi, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the platform, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to security concerns, abuse, policy violations, or legal requirements. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ends immediately.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, legal requirements, or business operations. We will post the updated Terms with a revised "Last updated" date and provide additional notice when required by applicable law. Your continued use of Investi after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
